time

time is a funny thing. sometimes it's fast and other times it's not. of course everyone already knows this, but i feel like i needed to say something anyways. :) so it's been about six months since i've written anything. i think it's probably due to the nature of my last post, at least partly. i can honestly say though, that i am happy and i am grateful for the things i have been given, and in some cases, not given. let me tell you what's been happening here since i last wrote.

well, i am no longer pregnant. that's the first peice of information that everyone should know. i'm sure everyone already does know, but it's good for me to say it anyway. i miscarried at 8 weeks, and even though it was quite painful for me at the time, i was truly blessed with the amount of love i received from my family and friends. it was awe inspiring to feel that love and i am so so grateful for everyone for that love.

i am now in my fourth semester of college. after this semester i only have one more class and i will have my associates degree in liberal arts. i am very much looking forward to being done with my associates. i will be continuing my education at boise state university where i hope to receive a bachelors degree in photography. i still hope to eventually get a masters degree in architecture, but unfortunately boise state does not have an architecture program so that degree will have to be put on hold for just a little while.

at the end of last year i believe i have found my calling, well kinda. i have decided that i want to be a photographer. from the moment i decided i wanted to do this, my friends have been asking me to take their pictures. now i am making friends because of it! i truly love, LOVE, taking pictures. the people that i get to interact with are wonderful and it makes me happy to be doing this. if you want to look at some of my pictures you can go to my blog, http://www.briannewalshphoto.blogspot.com/. i don't have much on there yet, but i am just starting out. i hope to be as successful as my amazing sister alisha. she's really good at what she does. :)
so now all i really do is homework and look at posts on facebook. one of the most boring sites, but i can't seem to let it go... so weird. ;) anyway, that is my life right now. not the most exciting, but i'm happy and busy. till next time.
